Delete your account and synced data

Mindima works without an account, and everything you do in the app is stored on your device by default. If you created an optional account, deleting it permanently removes everything we hold on our servers: your email address, signed-in devices and sessions, purchase links, dashboard aggregates, and any encrypted backups. This cannot be undone.
In the app
Open Settings, choose Account, sign in if you are not already, and tap “Delete account and synced data”. You will be asked to confirm twice.
On the web
Sign in at mindima.com/accountand choose “Delete account and synced data”.
What deletion does and does not do
Deletion removes your server-side data immediately, including encrypted backups. It does not touch the data stored locally on your devices (delete the app or use the in-app delete controls for that), and it does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel subscriptions where you subscribed: App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings, Google Play subscriptions in your Play account settings, and web subscriptions from mindima.com/account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@mindima.com from the address on the account and we will verify and delete it for you, generally within 30 days.
